Now a days kids are facing so my challenges. With those challenges they face too much stree. For reducing their stress, balance them in a healthy way nd increse their concentration they must need yoga practice. Bcoz yoga balance not only physical body, it balance our mental health also
Nd now a days their is a chances few for outdoor games. So physical activity is very less to them. But for grownup kids physical activity is very needed. So choose yoga instead of indoor games and screen timing
